Our treatments are customizable, and our team would be glad to help you determine what kind of infrared sauna treatment will be right for you.
Benefits
of Infrared Saunas
There’s nothing wrong with scheduling a sauna session just to slow down and relax for a little while, but there are many great benefits that can come from spending some time sweating it out in an infrared sauna.
Infrared saunas can:
- Relieve stress
- Detox the body
- Improve quality of sleep
- Promote weight loss
- Improve circulation
- Promote clearer skin
- Relieve muscle and joint pain
Why use
an infrared sauna?
The traditional sauna experience involves heating the air in the sauna close to 200° Fahrenheit, which can be overwhelming for some. Infrared technology allows the temperature inside the sauna to be around 110-130° Fahrenheit, but it is still very effective due to the infrared waves. These waves heat your body directly and travel much deeper than heat from a traditional sauna, making for a comfortable and effective experience. This safe treatment allows for more targeted healing, meaning you can expect to feel a difference in your body in as little as one session.

need to know
before I go?
We always recommend drinking plenty of water before an infrared sauna treatment to ensure that you do not become dehydrated from sweating out toxins. Some people believe that saunas are a hangover cure that can help you sweat out the alcohol, but we do not recommend using a sauna of any kind if you have been drinking heavily. This is because the dehydration and decrease in blood pressure can cause you to lose consciousness.
Once your session is over, you’ll want to allow your body to cool down and drink some more water. If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, we recommend talking to your doctor before using the sauna. As always, our team is available to address any questions or concerns you may have.
