What is a Health Coach?

Think of a Health coach as a personal trainer for life. Health and wellness coaches help their clients to make positive and lasting changes for their health and well-being. Your health coach will guide you through the process of creating a vision for your health, developing a healthy mindset and healthy habits, and encouraging you every step of the way. At Cryo Fire Health Spa, our Health Coach, Holly, will be with you every step of the way on your goals towards your ideal health and wellness.

I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated.You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

 

We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as physical activity and relationships, as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.

Why Holly Became A Health Coach...

My name is Holly Holbrook. I grew up in a family that didn’t care about labels or what was in our food, I was raised on what many Americans are raised on, mainly processed foods and rarely fruits and vegetables. Growing up on processed foods caught up with me in my early 20’s. I began having major digestive problems which lead to many complications and a surgery, inflammation in many areas of my body, skin problems, migraines, and also severe PMS symptoms which sometimes debilitated me.

I spent many years going to specialists seeking out a cure for my pain and ailments, but no physician was able to tell me how to prevent or cure my problems, they would only give me a pill for it and tell me to reduce my stress. I was taking 8-10 pills a day and having horrible side effects, and still wasn’t cured of any of the illnesses.

I decided the best way to learn myself and how to heal from these things was to become a Holistic Health Coach. It began as a pursuit to learn natural ways to make myself and my family healthier, but I learned so much more. My personal goal was to get off of prescription medications and become healthier in general. I quickly noticed as I began cleaning up my eating, and working on my primary foods, that I began to feel better in every way. My acne cleared up, my digestion improved and I lost 34 pounds in less than 6 months. My migraines stopped altogether, and I was able to work out more since my stomach wasn’t hurting constantly. I no longer need caffeine to get me through my day, and my PMS symptoms are gone. My life’s journey is to help as many people as I can on an individual basis, integrate healthy habits into all areas of their life and become the happiest, healthiest they have ever been.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources. As a coach, I put the power back in YOUR hands.  


My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
